Here's how we'll start
✓ Phase 1 — Analysis: We’ll walk through your operations, map out all processes, and identify time-wasters. You’ll receive a roadmap with specific costs. Fixed price, eligible for BAFA funding.
✓ Stage 2 — Implementation: We build the automation for each approved process. One-time fee per process. Eligible for the DIGI grant from the State of Hesse.
✓ Stage 3 — Support: Operation, customization, and support. Monthly flat fee. We stay on top of things because portals change and nothing runs perfectly at first.

I come from a trade and a technical background. I have an M.Sc. in Information and Electrical Engineering, run a family electrical business, and have years of experience in the IT and high-tech industries. I know what a precise measurement is, how much work goes into a quotation, and where network operators lose time. The government pays half. We'll take care of the paperwork.
Funding for the analysis comes from the federal government, and funding for implementation comes from the state of Hesse. Together, this covers about half of your costs. We’ll submit the application; you just need to sign it. The funding window closes at the end of 2026. Funding information is current as of 2026. The DIGI grant is awarded on a random basis with no guarantee of approval; the funding window closes at the end of 2026. We’ll review your specific case before submitting any application.
